A1:After getting off at JR Tachikawa Station, go out of the ticket gate toward the North Exit (toward Lumine) and go down the stairs on the left hand side. The hotel is a 6 minute walk straight down the street with Mizuho Bank on your right hand side. The hotel is also a 6 minute walk from the Tama Monorail Tachikawa-kita Station.
A2:The hotel is approximately 6.5km on Route 20 from the Chuo Expressway Kunitachi-Fuchu IC.
It will take about 20 minutes if traffic is smooth. Time will vary depending on traffic conditions.
A3:Yes, we offer parking for 6 normal-sized vehicles at 1,000 yen per night per car for guests staying at the hotel. (Reservation required)
A4:Normally, check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 10AM.
A5:Check-in is by midnight but please call if you plan to check-in after midnight.
A6:Yes, at 1,000 yen for every hour extended.
A7:Yes, cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged 80% of the room charge and no-shows will be charged 100% of the room charge.
A8:Yes, we have non-smoking floors. (2F, 3F, 4F, 7F)
A9:We're terribly sorry but we do not have rooms that can be accompanied by pets.

A10:Rooms with staying guests are cleaned in the morning.
If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on your doorknob.
A11:Yes, we offer an iron, trouser press, air purifier, humidifier, blanket, electric stove, and LAN cable at free of charge.
We also lend out PCs for 1,000 yen per night and DVD players for 500 yen per night. Please note that supply is limited.
A12:Yes, all rooms come with wired LAN as well as Wi-Fi connection.
A13:Please send baggage to the Tachikawa Hotel with your stay date and reservation name written on the delivery slip.
A14:Yes, you can send baggage from the front desk.
A15:Yes. However, please note that we cannot accept valuables or fragile items.
A16:Yes, there is a Family Mart to the right and a Lawson to the left of the hotel.
A17:When foreign guests without an address in Japan stay at our hotel, we are required to photocopy their passport by order of laws and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
